We built a custom learning platform tailored to BrightPath's cohort model, with structured project milestones, automated progress tracking, and instructor tools designed around how their courses actually run.
How We Solved It
We embedded with BrightPath's instructional design team for two weeks to map how cohorts actually progressed through material, then designed a milestone-based data model before writing any code. The platform was delivered in three phases, with the highest-impact cohort features shipped first.
