What We Built
We designed and built a new internal trading platform with structured trade entry, built-in validation, a full audit trail, and real-time position dashboards, migrating historical data without disrupting daily trading operations.
How We Solved It
Given the operational risk of downtime, we ran the new platform in parallel with the legacy tool for six weeks, validating trade data against the old system before cutover. The new platform was built on a Node.js/PostgreSQL backend with a React front end, deployed on AWS with full monitoring.
