What Was Holding Growth Back

Every admissions season, four campuses collected paper forms, typed them into separate spreadsheets, and then spent weeks reconciling duplicates, chasing missing documents and answering the same phone call from anxious applicants: has my application been received? Offers went out late, and some good candidates had accepted a place elsewhere by the time they arrived.

How We Found the Right Path

We designed the applicant experience for a mid-range phone on a slow connection first, because that was what most applicants actually had, and only then made sure it worked well on a desktop. On the staff side we mapped the existing review process rather than inventing a new one, so the team did not have to relearn admissions in the middle of admissions season.
