The role
About this role
You'll build features across the stack on client projects — from database tables and APIs to polished, fast interfaces — with senior developers reviewing your work and helping you grow. Our work spans marketing websites, client portals, practice-management systems and internal tools for clinics, law firms, agencies and startups.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full-stack features on client projects, from database schema to UI, with code reviews from senior developers.
- Turn Figma designs into responsive, accessible, fast interfaces.
- Design clean APIs and integrations (payments, CRMs, email, third-party tools).
- Write code other developers can pick up: typed, tested where it matters, documented.
- Join short project calls, give honest estimates and flag risks early.
What we're looking for
- Around 2 years of experience building web apps with React/Next.js and Node.js.
- Solid TypeScript and comfort with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Some experience deploying and debugging apps in production.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile or live projects you can walk us through.
- Clear written English and reliable async communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with headless CMSs, Stripe or automation tools.
- An eye for design and UX detail.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD or cloud platforms.
