The role
About this role
You'll design everything from product dashboards and marketing sites to brand systems and social content. You'll work closely with our developers, so what you design actually ships the way you designed it.
What you'll do
- Design responsive websites, web apps and dashboards in Figma.
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Create brand identities, social media creative and campaign visuals.
- Hand designs to developers with clear specs, states and interactions.
- Present your work and reasoning to clients, and iterate on feedback.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of UI/UX or visual design work, with a strong portfolio.
- Expert in Figma, including auto layout, components and variants.
- A solid grasp of typography, layout, colour and accessibility.
- Able to design for both product (UI/UX) and marketing (graphics/social).
Nice to have
- Motion design or prototyping skills (After Effects, Rive, Framer).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience designing for healthcare, legal or SaaS products.
What you get
- Paid per project, with the rate and scope agreed in writing before work starts.
- Payment on delivery of each milestone — no chasing invoices.
- A steady pipeline of projects once you've delivered your first one well.
- Direct feedback from senior people, plus a portfolio of real, shipped client work.
